A simple comparison of mini-cargo van owner review ratings
INTRODUCTION
One way to gauge aggregate consumer sentiment regarding owners’ experiences with their vehicles, or in this case, with the Ford Transit Connect, the Ram Promaster City, and the Nissan NV200 is to check online reviews.
Too many low scores can be a red flag indicator of potential manufacturing deficiencies or long-term reliability problems. For brand new vehicles, the data doesn’t yet exist, but for our purposes, there is over 5 years of data available on each mini-cargo van model.
Since the best database on the internet for Used Automobile reviews was shut down by Microsoft in 2014, cars.com is one of the better surviving alternatives that makes available these valuable owner reviews.
